I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992, and am a
firm believer that an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound
of remedy. I'm well versed in almost all phases of general
dentistry: Restorative (fillings), Endodontics (root canal), Crowns,
Bridges, Dentures, Oral Surgery. I do not do Full Orthodontics (
Sorry - everyone has their limitations...).
I don't believe in dental pain -- from a personal standpoint, I'd
rather be too numb while in the chair, than not numb enough... I
treat all of my patients in the same manner.
People who come to see me normally have a very pleasant experience
while in my chair. I have a very informal approach to my treatment.
I treat everyone as a whole person with individual needs, not as a
"mouth" with a person around it.
I don't believe in surprises. One of the scariest things in my field
is the unknown - not knowing what is going to happen next. All of my
patients know what's happening with them at all times. It is my
personal belief that an informed patient is a good one.
And finally, my major concern is that everyone who comes to see me gets the very
